Together they make a sweeping curved corner with the inspection port offset from the corner for eas of access after finishing works (eg dry-wall) have been completed. The curve enhances water-flow capabilities, and ease of cleaning.

Base-Drain, Basement Waterproofing Drainage Channel System. This allows for the efficient discharge from the ABS Base-Drain channel into the sump pit. The outlet is connected via a 2 3/4" (65mm) pipe and adaptor (included)

These allow the homeowner or service engineer to look inside the channel, to test the sytem or flush it out with a hose pipe. The height of the port can be adjusted during the installation to match the level of the floor. without this adjustment, fixed height ports usually end up being a little bit proud of or shallower than the floor surface.

This is used to dress over the joint between the footer and the foundation wall. It allows water to flow over the footer to the Base-Drain channel, in situations where it is necessary to put the channel in front of the footer, for example if there is not enough depth of concrete over the footer to allow Base-Drain to be installed in the regular way.

This is a flexible flange that goes at the base of the wall to allow seepage from the wall surface down into the Base-Drain channel. The price is for a single length of 6ft .

This neat little clip allows the Base-Drain secions to be mechanically joined together.  It is designed to me 'more professional' than the duct tape that our competitors use for Waterguard etc! They can be purchased singly but come in boxes of 100
