Shipping to the USA & Canada
Advanced Basement Solutions (ABS) supplies WaterGuard®, FloodBuster™, and compatible accessories directly to customers across the United States and Canada. All orders are securely packed and dispatched from our UK facility,by airfreight with full tracking provided upon dispatch. Customers normally receive the traqcking information directly from the courier upon creation of the shipping labels.
How Shipping Works
We ship using trusted international couriers, mostly UPS, with experience handling building materials and specialist components. At checkout, you will see available shipping options and estimated delivery times based on your location.

Packaging & Handling
All components are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Channels and accessories are boxed factory packed, while FloodBuster™ systems are packaged in bespoke boxes in our dispatch facility to ensure safe arrival. If you order a fFoodBuster™ sump, together with any accessories, the accessories will be packed, as far as space allows, inside the Floodbuster™ sump pit.
Customs & Import Notes
Most shipments clear customs without issue,. Any applicable import duties or taxes are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. However right now and for a limiteted time we have chosen to pay all import tarrifs to the USA ourselves, so the customer has nothing extra to pay post checkout. This offer may be withdrawn without notice at any time.

USA Mainland Expedited (USA Mainland Air Freight) - 3-6 working days
USA Mainland Fastest 2-3 working days
Canada
Standard - 7-14 days
A shipping supplemenmt maybe payable for remote areas and will be invoiced separately if this applies.

Once a consignment has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the couriers, delays can occur for a number of reasons and If we fail to meet our quoted delivery time frame we will credit you with the difference between the service paid for and the service achieved,
If an item goes missing in transit we do not wait for the couriers to conduct a search, we send out a replacement immediately at our own expense and then take up the issue of the missing item with the courier concerned.
