The NEW FLOODBUSTER Basement Waterproofing sump liner and lid.

Here are a few of the features which we have designed into this product which you will not find in combination in any other sump system :-

 > Perforated liner to de-water under the floor (this makes the whole of the waterproofing more reliable as most of the water is removed BEFORE it gets anywhere near the basement structure.

  > Sold lid, and we mean REALLY SOLID.  The lid is a solid ²/3 " thick plastic slab, which is as strong as the floor, you can stand on it jump up and down on it put furniture on it!

>  The lid is so heavy it sits on a compressible seal and needs no screws of bolts to hold it down and no pipes or wires come up through it - so it is really easy to lift without disconnecting anything but now you don't even need to lift it to see inside...

>  We recently developed the lid as a grey tinted translucent panel and have added an optional remote controlled under water sump light so you can see what's going on without even having to lift it!

 > The sump rim overhangs OUTWARDS so that the edge of the lid is supported by concrete all the way round after it is installed - adding to its strength.

 > The lid and rim have a COMPRESSIBLE seal between them - making it more GAS TIGHT and thus improving the BASEMENT LIVING ENVIRONMENT.

 > It is SQUARE at the top - making it easier to work with, especially if you are putting a floor finish down, a square is mu easier to work around than the industry standard circular lid. 

> There is a submersible LED light with remote control so you can see inside the sump liner clearly without lifting the lid.

> A high level water alarm that alerts you via an App on your mobile phone (within home WiFi range as standard and wherever you are in the world  by SMS / phone call for a small annual subscription around $10USD/year)).

 > The liner is round at the bottom, and more slender, and not quite as deep as the industry standard 2ft deep liner making it much easier to dig out yet retaining the same overall volume as it is wider at the top (it is easier to dig wider at the top than it is at the bottom).
