ThermaDry Has solved the problem of condensation which all plastic vapor barriers are prone to.
It has close air cells which go against the foundation wall, keeping the internal face away from the cold masonry, plus it has a thermally reflective layer of 99% pure Aluminum foil which reflects radiant heat back into the room.
When lined with sheet rock or other board system with a small air space between the board and the foil face, the reflected heat warms the air space, which in turn keeps the inside surface warm and thus prevents condensation in all normal living conditions.
